Operation: Plastic breast augmentation (Breast Implants)
APPLIANCES: * Implants are set by subg-landular access (in the crease under the breast); periareolar access (at the areola) or endoscopic magnification (using axillary access). (*) Dr. Massimo Re uses implants leading manufacturers such as Mentor, Allergan, Sebbin.
Anesthesia: The operation is performed under local anesthesia with sedation. The patient can leave the hospital on their own few hours after surgery.
Postoperative follow: Stitches after breast augmentation surgery are removed on the seventh day, unless the seams were not imposed bioresorbable yarns. The first three weeks after the operation you should wear tight bandage on the chest or on the elastic sports bra for implants have stabilized in the position in which you installed during breast augmentation surgery.
